Position:  Administrative Assistant Psych Department

 

Job Summary:

The Northeast Indiana Special Education Cooperative is seeking a professional candidate for an opening as an administrative assistant. The candidate will work closely with the executive director, county directors, school psychologists, building administrators, teachers, parents, and other office staff. Because the candidate is working with parents of students with special needs, student confidentiality is imperative.

 

The successful candidate must be highly organized, flexible, task-oriented, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, problems solves, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accurate keyboarding skills and attention to detail are essential.

 

Qualifications: 

Education and experience: Knowledge of Google Systems to encompass Google Docs, Google Drive, and Calendars. Knowledge of Microsoft Systems to encompass Microsoft Word and Excel a plus. Working knowledge of school systems/verbiage is helpful, but not required.
