Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

 

Job Description:  Provides direct / consultation services to staff and to assigned students within all districts.

REPORTS TO: Occupational Therapy Supervisor / Motor Supervisor   

​

SUMMARY: Provides direct or consultation services to assigned students within all assigned districts.

​

QUALIFICATIONS:  Holds a valid Indiana license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.

​

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.

• Must have good time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and leadership ability.

• Must have access to a vehicle during working hours.

• Ability to accept supervision and perform responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner.

• Must demonstrate basic technical skills as related to occupational therapy.
