Position: Administrative Assistant Student Records
Job Summary:
The Northeast Indiana Special Education Cooperative is seeking a professional candidate for an Administrative Assistant. The candidate will work closely with many education stakeholders including the Executive Director, County Directors, School Administrators, teachers, parents and other office staff ensuring our students are provided the services they need. The successful candidate must be highly organized and be able to multitask. Accurate keyboarding skills and attention to detail are essential. This position will be working with parents of students with special needs and confidentiality is imperative. Data collection and internal/external reporting throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Google Systems including Google Docs, Google Drive, and Calendars. Knowledge of Microsoft Systems to encompass Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills. Working knowledge of school systems/verbiage, specifically with Indiana IEP is helpful, but not required.
