Wendy Lane-Ginder's Biography
Executive Director, NEISEC
In May, 1988, I graduated from Saint Francis College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education. I began my teaching career at the Metropolitan School District of Steuben County teaching students with Learning Disabilities. While there, I taught at Carlin Park Elementary School, Hendry Park Elementary School and Angola High School. After 8 years, I returned to my hometown and taught Mild Disabilities at Eastside Jr. Sr. High School in Butler, Indiana.

During my tenure at EHS, I earned a Master's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in School Administration. While applying for jobs as Principal, I was given the opportunity to apply for the position of County Director at the Northeast Indiana Special Education Cooperative. With my background in Special Education I decided that this was an opportunity of a life time. I attended Indiana University, Bloomington to obtain a Director of Special Education license and graduated in December 2011.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, attending theater productions, shopping and spending time with my family. My husband, Kris and I have one son Layton and daughter-in-law Kristen.
